  I took my senior Mother Alice to her hearing test appt today and was greeted by a tall well mannored Tec named Adam and a sweet receptionist. Adam was very professional and informative throughout our visit. He gave her a copy of her hearing test results to take home and faxed the results to her doctor.   One of my hearing aids wasn’t working properly today. I called this morning to make an appointment, got in this afternoon, and Jennifer had it fixed within minutes of my arrival. They provide great service, the staff are all really personable, and I really appreciate them.

  Sott Hyde (Murrayville) was very quick to understand what I needed. I have had hearing loss for 25 - 30 years and know what I look for in hearing aides. He is easy to speak with and understands individuals look for what works for them ( when already using a hearing aide) highly recommend him for new people as well as individuals that use aides already.

  I went in for a hearing test and wax cleaning of my ears to Beltone Hearing Centre. I had an appointment for my ears to be cleaned only. They were very cooperative and even did my hearing test too. The staff were very cooperative and even, polite, well spoken, well mannered and valued my time also. They were very punctual and efficient too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with any kind of hearing problem.

  Scott and his staff at Beltone in Murrayville are the absolute best! Their customer service is like no other! I was in today with a technical problem, Owen checked my hearing aids out, cleaned them and sent me on my way. I’ve had these hearing aid for about 8 years and I’m thrilled with how they work! They’ve improved my hearing so much, no feedback noises at all and I can chat without difficulty in a group setting. The best decision I made was to get a hearing test and then hearing aids. They’ve definitely improved my health and well being all around!
