  The staff, Doug & Adam were everything you could want in a service as important as hearing aids. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did the work in record time as well. That included the hearing tests (very comprehensive) tuning the hearing aids to the profile. Then fine tuning them further to personal preference. Deserving of all 5 stars
