  I had such a great wonderful experience at this Centre! Nurse Laurie was amazing! She listened carefully to me and was patient with me. She answered all my questions and gave me many advices to keep my ears safe and healthy. The environment within this Centre is very friendly. You see all the Staff are smiling. It was my first visit but felt like the Staff had known me for many years.

Everything was explained clearly, and they were super professional but still warm and friendly. The place was clean, organized, and easy to find. You can tell they really care about helping people and making the process simple. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and a great team.

  I have had several visits in the last year to Beltone Hearing in Murrayville Langley. On aok occasions I was taken on time or before for my testing. The person testing me explained each step and gave me clear instructions on what I had to do. The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful. After the testing, the audiologist took the time to not only explain the results but answer all the questions that I had. When I needed more information for a claim the audiologist always took the time to help me out. All in all, it has been a very good experience.

  Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The ear wax removal process was so easy and painless and helped a lot. The ear was removal doctor was amazing! She was so nice, explained everything she was doing and how it was going to help me and just made my first time at Beltone a great experience
